As a shared research source it offers comprehensive clinical pathology services to support health monitoring, research studies, and colony management. We also provide necropsy services and pathology consulting to assist investigators and researchers in identifying disease processes, interpreting research-related findings, and supporting accurate study outcomes. The UWVDL promotes animal health and welfare, and advances comparative and translational research across the university community.
