Description
The Center for Statistics and the Social Sciences (CSSS), founded in 1999, has the triple mission of galvanizing collaborative research between social scientists and statisticians, developing and sustaining a menu of new graduate courses in cutting-edge quantitative methodologies that advance social science research, and enhancing undergraduate statistics training for the social sciences. CSSS offers structured tracks in advanced quantitative methods to PhD students, and a vibrant community to faculty and students with research interests in quantitative methodologies, data science and statistics.
