RPUC will prepare large scale growth (2 liters ea) of E. coli constructs with independent an air source, pellet cultures, wash, and screen for recombinant protein, (His-tagged) on SDS page gel. RPUC can also perform a simple IMAC or a more extensive SEC purification on the soluble fraction.
