Description

The UW Pharmacology Proteomics Center provides collaborative support and expert guidance for investigators seeking to incorporate quantitative proteomics into their research programs. Our team works closely with researchers from project conception through data interpretation, advising on experimental design, optimized protocols, and rigorous sample-preparation strategies tailored to each biological system. We perform high-quality LC-MS analyses using state-of-the-art instrumentation and apply robust computational pipelines for downstream data processing, statistical analysis, and biological interpretation. By integrating methodological expertise with collaborative project management, the Center ensures that proteomics experiments are designed for success and generate reproducible, high-impact datasets.
